Rev. Napoleon A. Harris, IV acknowledged his divine calling to the ministry on August 6, 1979.  He matriculated through the halls of The American Baptist College, Nashville TN and received his BA Degree May 6, 1985.  He assumed the Pastorate of The Second Metropolitan Baptist Church, Cleveland OH on August 5, 1990 after having Pastored The Shiloh Baptist Church, Akron OH and Enoree Baptist Church, Cleveland OH.

Rev. Harris received his Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Counseling in December 1999 from Malone College, Canton OH.  He also studied Black Church Administration at Ashland Theological Seminary, Ashland OH.  Rev. Harris is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.; Baptist Minister’s Conference; Former Instructor on staff of the Progressive Baptist Bible Institute; Chaplain at Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility; Grief Counselor at Martin De Porres Senior Citizens Program, Pastor of Excellence Program Mentor, Greater Cleveland Health Network Community Religious Liaison; Board Member of the Western Reserve Hospice Society; Counselor for Berea Children’s Home & Family Services; Cleveland Job Corp and National Youth Sports Program Substance Abuse Instructor.  He has worked with the Transitional Housing Program in Recovery Resources and Mental Health Liaison in the Bedford Community Diversion Program. Rev. Harris is also the President of the ELEEO (Mercy) Ministries, Inc.

Believing that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him . . . Rev. Harris is a notable Preacher, Teacher and Revivalist throughout the United States.
